Prestige Cleaning Solution provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Vancouver and Victoria, BC.
Our services include standard, deep, post-construction, and move-in/move-out cleaning. The rate is $30 per cleaner per hour, and the number of cleaners will depend on the size and type of service requested.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or website.
We operate Monday to Saturday from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Arrival times are estimated within a 30-minute window.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of each service.
We accept cash and e-transfer.
Rates are charged per cleaner per hour.
Clients must ensure clear parking availability; any parking arrangements should be communicated in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
5. Access and Security
Clients must provide accurate access instructions to their premises at the scheduled time.
We ensure the confidentiality of all client information.
6. Quality Assurance
We aim for customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
7. Liability
Prestige Cleaning Solution takes care during all services but is not responsible for damage caused by unclear instructions or pre-existing conditions.

All employees undergo background checks and are trained to maintain safety and professionalism.

Clients are responsible for securing pets during cleaning appointments.

10. Termination of Services
Prestige Cleaning Solution may stop service if unsafe conditions are present or if terms are violated.

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
12. Pricing Changes
Estimates are discussed before the job begins.
Prices only change if the actual work differs significantly from the original estimate, and adjustments are confirmed with the client beforehand.
13. Coverage Area
We serve only Vancouver and Victoria, BC.
14. Privacy Policy
We collect basic client information (name, phone, address, email) for scheduling and communication.
We do not share client information with third parties except when required by law.
